Agreement Terms

By submitting this form, I agree to the following terms governing my use of data provided by the NYU Public Safety Lab Jail Data Initiative:

  • I will not share data with third parties without written permission from the NYU Public Safety Lab.
  • I will refrain from publishing identifying information about incarcerated individuals.
  • I will cite the NYU Public Safety Lab Jail Data Initiative in any public documents that utilize data produced by the Jail Data Initiative.
